CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary Range: Php 36,000
Job Description: You will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- A High School Graduate (Old and New Curriculum)
- With at least 2 years of solid BPO experience (international voice account)
- At least 1-year blended account experience (voice, chat & email)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary Range: Php 39,000
Job Description:
- Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to advertising customers and offer consultative support.
- Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve the issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer
- Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor’s degree
- Must have 1 year BPO experience with at least 6 months in a technical account
- Good understanding of consumer electronics products
- Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work from home and in IT Park, Cebu City
- With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
