STEWARD

Job Descriptions

  • Collecting used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
  • Loading and unloading washing machines
  • Washing specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)

WAITER  (General)

Job Descriptions

  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers and present menus
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Arrange table settings
  • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
  • Check products for quality
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably Male
    • With Experience in Hotel
    • Willing to assign in Megaworld

KITCHEN HELPER

Job Descriptions

  • Assist Chef in preparing for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients
    Cook Dishes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With experience as  Kitchen Helper /Cook
  • Preferably Male
  • With experience in Hotel is an advantage
  • With complete government numbers
  • Can start ASAP

ROOM ATTENDANT

Job Descriptions

  • Change bed linen 
  • Replace used towels
  • Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets and dust furniture
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
  • Restock beverages and food items in fridge
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
  • Help guests retrieve lost items
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
  • Follow hotel security guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • With work experience as Housekeeping / Room Attendant in Hotel
  • Willing to be assigned in Megaworld
  • Not more than 35 yrs old.
