CASHIER
Job description
- He/ she will be responsible for receiving payments from the guests and making a Daily Sales Report/Cashiers Remittance Report.
FRONT DESK CLERK
Job description
- He/ she will Provide utmost guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to every guest’s needs with flexibility and attention to detail and endeavor to make each stay as worthy experience for the guest and a gainful undertaking for the hotel
- He/ she will Meet guest expectations thru the highest level of service with warm, responsive and personal touch
FRONT DESK OFFICER
Job description
- He/ she will assist the Front Office Manager and/or Assistant Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations at Front Desk
- He/ she will Provide excellent customer service per the standards of the hotel, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction
- He/ she will Supervise the Front Desk to ensure efficient and profitable operations
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Job description
- Incharge to Outlook the functions of the hotel, in the front of the house aspect
- He/ she will manage, train and motivate front office management team and staff
- He/ she will ensure excellent communication between management team, and with hotel staff
- He/ she will Comply with all procedures and standards as set out in the staff manual
- He/ she will be responsible to have regular positive contact with guests throughout their stay
- He/ she will manage all aspects of the front office (i.e. guest registration, bell services, business center, telephone services, concierge services and guest reservations) to deliver a guest experience that is unique
COST ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

BAKER (GENERAL)
Job description :
- Plan, organize, direct, and participate in the centralized production of specialized bakery and pastry menu items
CHEF D’PARTIE GARDEMANGER
Job description :
- Must assist the Executive Chef in menu compilation and possess an in-depth knowledge of the full menu
- Must Lead and inspire the brigade to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times
- Must Ensure a high standard of preparation and presentation
- Must Ensure that all food handling regulations are being abided
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Job description:
- He/ she will assist F&B Manager and Outlet Manager in running the outlet assigned
- He/ she will Manage F & B inventory
