The P.E.S.O aim is “to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of employment facilitation services and to provide timely information on labor market and DOLE Programs.
The Local government Unit that will institutionalized PESO in their locality needs 2 complete 2 phases then seek evaluation by DOLE.

Recruitment Assistance – P.E.S.O LGU provide a venue for employment Job vacancy Information’s and Jobs fairs.
- Job vacancy list within that LGU can be accessed in the PESO Office. Companies that located in that LGU will always inform PESO about their company’s hiring.
- PESO LGU always sponsor a job fair at least once a year. Job fair will be join by several establishment located in that LGU. It is a chance of the unemployed for job shopping in a day.
Employability Enhancing – P.E.S.O initiates seminars and Orientation to its locality to enhance the employment ability of the citizen. It sponsored Career Orientation, Counseling and Guidance .It also sponsored seminars to graduating students and vocational graduates for employment guidance.
Livelihood Programs – P.E.S.O have sponsored assorted programs/seminar for Livelihood programs. Just visit you local PESO office so that you can check the how to enroll in the program they are offering to the public.
Special Program for the Employment of Student – PESO office facilitates a program for the employment of Student. P.E.S.O arrange to some establishment in their area to accept student for a contractual or a trainee employee but with also a salary/
