Salary starts @ Php 17,000.00
Work Location: Davao City, Davao Del Sur
Job Description
The following is your Job Description
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly
- Maintains acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly, informative and helpful
- Maintains productivity and quality standards
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly
- Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
Qualifications / Requirements must have
- K12 graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- have a minimum of 6 months sales experience
- have excellent Communication Skills
- have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- knowledge in Australian/New Zealand culture is a plus
