CALL CENTER AGENT
Work Location: Tagbilaran City
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be K12 graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- For HS graduates, 6 months BPO experience for International account or 1 year BPO experience for local is required
- Must have good to excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Job Description:
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly
- Maintains acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly, informative and helpful
- Maintains productivity and quality standards
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly
- Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
