Call Center Agent/ Chat Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Lipa City,Batangas
Monthly Salary: Php 23,000.00
Job Description
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve customer issues either through voice or non-voice interactions such as inbound and outbound calling, chat, text, email and direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms
Qualifications
- Completed 2 years in college or equivalent
- At least 6 months call center experience or with background in lending or financial services
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
