TREASURY ASSISTANT
Job Description
Responsible for Treasury clerical functions relative to sales collection & treasury funds (Petty Cash Fund, Loose Change Funds).
- Prepares Loose Change Funds for cash boxes and cash exchanges for counter cashiers.
- Handles release of cash boxes to counter cashiers and records/accounts
- Handles subsequent deposit of receipts received and replenishment of Treasury Funds
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the cash and check sales collections for deposit the next banking day
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- Communicating and Understanding Effectively
- Will be assigned in SM Seaside.
TREASURY SUPERVISOR
Job Description
Responsible for the entire Treasury Functions relative to the sales and management of funds. Develop strong working relationship with the operations and entire department.
- Responsible for the overall supervision of personnel.
- Responsible for the implementation of approved company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing bank relationships and treasury operations.
- Coordinates with banks on deposits and loose change requirement.
- Assigns custodianship of funds and safes
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- With minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the banking industry
- Possesses strong leadership skills and high degree of integrity and commitment.
STORE SUPERVISOR
Job Description
Responsible for the achievement and structures in merchandising, housekeeping, and customer service department.
FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- SALES- Ensures that store meets or surpass the sales target of the store.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- MERCHANDISE DISPLAY & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE- Ensure orderly and proper display of merchandise.
- MERCHANDISE- Ensure proper coordination with Merchandising regarding bestsellers and slow moving items..
- REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS- Prepare and submits the required reports on time.
- OTHERS- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4 years business or related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Food, or Sales Capacity in a Hardware.
STORE MANAGER
Job Description
Ensures growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store’s transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks; proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales to management.
