CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – 400
Work Location: Cebu City
Monthly Salary Range: Php 15,000 – 25,000.00
Customer Service Representative
Qualifications/ Requirements
- At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
- College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply
- With Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- With Knowledge in basic computer processes.
- Must be willing to undergo training and work on site
- Can start immediately
Job Description
- Receive and answer inbound calls.
- Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
- Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
- Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
- Send messages to customers through chat or email.
- Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
