Job Qualificationa / Requirements :
- At least Senior High School Graduate/Highschool graduate (Old curriculum)
- With Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Should be willing to work in an office-based setup
- Should willing to work in Marquee Mall, Angeles City Pampanga
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work during Manila night hours (shifting schedules) and weekends
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Connect to clients to build relationships, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for the business.
- Responsible to create a genuine connection with customers, and identify customer concerns and needs proactively.
- Can completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved in one call.
- Must Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.
- Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information
