100 Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Iloilo City
Salary Range: Php 18,000 – 22,000 per month
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working with the Online Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email.
Qualifications:
- A High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1 year customer service or technical support experience in a BPO setup supporting international customers
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a voice account
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Robinsons Cybergate 1, Pavia, Iloilo
