Customer Service Representative
Work Location: Cagayan de Oro City
Monthly Salary: Php 17,500 Plus 15K Sign-on Bonus

Job Description
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with or without BPO Experience.
- With Good English Communication Skills
- Have at least six (6) months BPO experience
- With excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- With Superb computer skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
