CHEF
Qualifications
- With proven experience as Cook
- With experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
- With Knowledge of various Cooking Procedures and Methods (Grilling, Baking, Boiling Etc.)
- With the Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- A Very good communication skill
- With Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
Waiter
Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate of HRM OR Similar Course
- With prior experience as a waiter or waitress.
- With excellent communication listening and Customer service skills
- Must be Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit and with Flexibility to work in shifts
Assistant Cook
Qualifications
- With work experience as a pantry cook, prep cook or similar role
- With hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- With Good knowledge of food plating techniques
- With the Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
- Must be available to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A degree from a culinary school is a plus
Front Desk Officer
Qualifications
- With previous Work Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or Similar Role
- With Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- A Degree in Hotel Management is a plus
- Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous
- With Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Well-Presented and Professional Appearance
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- With Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must Have Flexible Hours
