WAITRESS

Qualifications:

  • With or without work experience
  • With Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be Active listening and effective communication skill
  • Team spirit
  • Must be Flexible to work in shifts

Job Descriptions

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables.
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
  • Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Serve food and drink orders
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

COOK (General)

Qualifications:

  • Hotel and Restaurant Service or Management or its Equivalent
  • With NCII Certificate is an Advantage
  • Fresh Graduate with Passion and Knowledge BIN Local and International Cuisine

STORE MANAGER

Job Description:

  • A four Years college Graduate
  •  Specifically Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management course graduate from a reputable University/College
  •  Confident, honest, trustworthy, sincere, patient, responsible and dependable.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate
  •  Effective implementation skills on policies, operational systems and guidelines strong sense of responsibility
  • Ensure professionalism and maintains positive attitude/behavior in work and under stress/pressure
  • Must be willing to travel in different branches

REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

  • A  Candidate must be a graduate of RAC course.
  •  Willing to work in shifting schedule including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

QUALITY CONTROL / ASSURANCE OFFICER

Job Description:

  • College graduate with a degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge with micro analysis and has strong attention to detail.
  •  Ability to work well in a team
  •  Excellent analytical skills and problem – solving skills
  •  Willing to work in shifting schedule and observe timeliness in work.
  • Can work under pressure and can balance multiple task assigned
