Japan Job Vacancies.

The Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS) in Japan is currently hiring  300 Careworkes  thru Government to Government Arrangement with the Department of Migrant Workers Philippines .

Here are the details of the said hiring:

300 Careworkers (Kaigofukushishi)

Work Location: Japan

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with or without PRC license)
  • Graduate of four (4) year course BUT should submit TESDA National Certificate II in Caregiving (NC II);

Japanese Language Proficiency:

  • All candidates are required to undergo a total of twelve (12) months intensive Japanese Language Training before working which consist of:
    • six (6) months intensive Preparatory Japanese Language Training in the Philippines (Online mode of training and Face to Face classes if needed)
    • six (6) months intensive Japanese Language Training in Japan
  • Those who have Japanese Language Proficiency Training Certificate (N3 or N4) obtained after April 2022 will be exempted in the JLPT in the Philippines..
  • Candidates are expected to acquire Japanese language proficiency equivalent of the target level of N4 upon completion of the Preparatory Japanese Language Training in the Philippines.
  • Those who have Japanese Language Proficiency Training Certificate (JLPT N2) or those who have experience in studying the Japanese language for at least twelve (12) months in Japanese Language Training Institution designated by the Ministry of Justice in Japan, will be exempted in the JLPT both in the Philippines and Japan.
  • Must be motivated and committed to work and study as candidate for “Kaigofukushishi” to obtain a national license in Japan.
  • Only those with fast and reliable internet connection will be selected.

Here’s the list of the Documentary Requirements

  • Detailed resumé with one (1) piece 2×2 recent picture
  • Clear photocopies of:
    • Transcript of Records
    • College Diploma (4-YEAR COURSE DEGREE)
    • Updated Certificate of Employment, if applicable
    • Japanese Language Training Certificate, if available
    • Valid Passport*
    • Valid NBI Clearance (multi-purpose)
    • PEOS Certificate (log on to www.peos.dmw.gov.ph )

*Passport of selected candidates should be valid within six (6) months from the date of scheduled departure

    • After creation of e-Registration account you will be given a schedule of your Appointment. On your Schedule of Appointment, Personally submit the Documentary Requirements at:  Migrant Workers Registry Division, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Bldg., Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City (fastened in a folder and properly labeled with, Applicant’s Name, Position Applied For, Country of Destination, and E-Registration Number).

Applicants are required to present their original documents for authentication purpose after the project interview to proceed to the next phase or recruitment.
