CALL CENTER AGENT

Job Description:

  • Manage incoming calls from customers
  • Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly
  • Maintains acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly, informative and helpful
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
  • Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly
  • Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be a K12 graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
  • For HS graduates, 6 months BPO experience for International account or 1 year BPO experience for local is required
  • With Good to excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
