BARTENDER
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Candidate must BE College graduate, preferably Hospitality Management or any related field.
- With at least one (1) year hands on experience in Customer Service, Barista, Bartender.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and especially holiday
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to alcohol service is a plus.
CHIEF STEWARD
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas. Will be responsible for overseeing the stewarding team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the proper handling of kitchen equipment and tableware.
- 3 or 5-year experience in a food service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role .
- Preferably with Food Safety certification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SOUS CHEF
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Has a minimum of 3 years relative experience .
- Strong cooking skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong leadership qualities to effectively supervise and lead kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication skills to convey instructions clearly and maintain a positive working environment.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage the kitchen efficiently, including food preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ability to quickly identify and address issues in the kitchen and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in supervising and training kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle unexpected situations.
- Efficient time management skills to coordinate kitchen activities and meet production schedules.
- Understanding of and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
FRONT DESK OFFICER
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Preferably male due to working conditons
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Great leadership skills
