General Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam) holder.
- Must have passed NCLEX for any state
- Current bedside experience in a hospital setting
- Candidates without IELTS yet are welcome to apply and are eligible for employer interview
STAFF NURSE
Salary Range: $44,000-$88,320 per year
Qualifications needed:
- Preference given to candidates assigned in the following units: ER, OR, Cardiac Surgery, PACU, ICU, Cardiac ICU, Cardiac Care, PCU, Med/Surg
Job Description
- All positions are in an inpatient, acute care settings
- Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyzes assessment data, creates a plan of care, implements treatment and evaluates treatment effectiveness
- Serves as liaison for patients’ care coordination throughout hospital departments
- Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement in the department
- Administers medications in a safe manner consistent with Inova hospital policies and procedures
- Incorporates the professional practice model into care delivery

Salary Range: $44,000-$72,000 per year
Qualifications needed:
- RNs with 2 years of prior bedside experience but not currently working bedside also qualify
Job Description

- Works to coordinate, oversee and provide resident-related care
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician’s orders
- Manages medications, supplies and equipment in accordance with policies and procedures
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
DIALYSIS NURSE
Salary Range: $44,000-$72,000 per year
Job Description
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all patients, families and staff
- Works to coordinate, oversee and provide patient-related care
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician’s orders
