TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Job Site: Cebu City
Salary Range: Php 37K monthly plus other benefits

Your task is to Deliver Excellent Service to the Partners Brand

Qualifications:

Must be a High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor’s degree
Must have 1 year BPO experience with at least 6 months in a technical account
Good understanding of consumer electronics products
Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work from home and in IT Park, Cebu City
With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
