Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Store Head and assist in the daily operations of the department under his responsibility; assumes the responsibility of the Store Supervisor in the latter’s absence and do closely related duties as may be assigned.
Task:
- Assists the Store Manager in the management of the departments under his responsibility.
- Responsible for delivery of sales target under his departments
- Full responsibility in: Ensuring availability of never out stocks and repeat ordering is being done consistently. Ensuring that all aging merchandise are being disposed accordingly
- Accuracy of prices and stocks to be delivered to customers.
- Maintains discipline in the branch and require therein the observance of company policies, regulation and standard operating procedures.
- Keeps Selling Personnel under his department fully informed of or familiarized with all stocks (old & new), prices, major indications and stock locations.
