Machinery Mechanic (General)

Work Location: San Fernando City, Pampanga

MACHINERY MECHANIC (GENERAL)

Job Description

  • Follows and performs preventive maintenance on MHE assigned to the site/s based on PMS schedule
  • Performs repairs, regular or emergency, on MHE assigned to the site/s.
  • Be able to know the reasons and identify MHE issues in order to properly address and suggest repair and replace options to site supervisor/s and managers.
  • Must know the inventory of parts available and not available in the site/s and communicate with the operations supervisor as input to the requisition of the needed parts especially the fast moving and the difficult parts to requisition or purchase.
  • Must also know the nearest and cost effective source of spare parts supply.
  • Employ the correct tools and equipment for the job. Use protective clothing and equipment provided.
  • Do nothing to endanger self or work mates.
  • Keep tools in good condition
  • Refrain from horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
  • Report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to immediate supervisor.
  • Read the Company safety rules and take note of special safety precautions in restricted areas.
  • Obey all posted warning sign
  • Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in basic Maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in trouble shooting of different parts of MHE
  • Familiar on the proper use of Tools and Equipment
  • Familiar on various spare parts
  • Knowledgeable in engine and transmission overhaul
  • Knowledgeable in basic auto electrical
  • NCII Certified

AIRCONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

Job Description

  • Perform repair and maintenance activities on the truck’s refrigeration systems and ensure they are in good running condition
  • Report to the Fleet Maintenance Engineer.

Qualifications

  • Vocational /TESDA graduate in HVAC
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • With knowledge on repairs and maintenance of the truck’s refrigeration system
