Qualifications

  • With at least  2 years of experience in hospitality / cruise-related bartender positions
  • Preferably a graduate of a recornized Hotel/Bar operations of Bar School
  • Experience man-management and Bartending skill, able to develop and motivate, and lead a large team
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions which positively impact the overall guest experience
  • Command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Command of the Japanese Language, both verbal and written

BAR STEWARD

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience ad Bar Steward or similar roles within the Hotel or Cruise Industry
  • Preferably a graduate of a recorgnized Hotel/Hospitality School
  • Basic Knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
  • Ability to organized and complete work as per deadlines
  • Working Knowledge of wine and beverage products and cocktail presentation and preparation
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Command of the Japanese Language, both verbal and written

Documentary Requirements:

  • Passport
  • Seaman’s Book (If available)
  • Certificate of Employment (If available)
  • Sea Service Record  ( for candidate’s with shipboard experience)
  • Performance Appraisal  ( for candidate’s with shipboard experience)
  • PhilHealth MDR
  • SSS (IC E1 or E4)
  • HDMF MDF
  • NBI Clearance
