COMPUTER OPERATOR
Job Description:
- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment, including printers, scanners, and data storage devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Execute scheduled tasks and batch jobs according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of computer operations, including logs of job runs, errors, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT staff to install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing appropriate access controls and backup procedures.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for computer operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Ability to use CAD, PDF, Excel and others
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years experience as a Computer(PC) Operator
