Qualifications needed:

  • Preferably someone who has a culinary education.
  • At least 3 years of consecutive working experience in a hotel or a French restaurant setting as a cook/chef.
  • Open for Female

Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook various dishes, following recipes, portion controls, and quality standards.
  • Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing ingredients
  • Utilize various cooking methods (grilling, frying, baking, etc.) to produce quality dishes.
  • Plate and garnish dishes, ensuring appealing presentation and adherence to plating standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Store and handle food items properly, ensuring freshness and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

  • Valid passport
  • Certificate of Employment
  • Diploma
