120 FACTORY WORKERS
Company: Chipbond Tech Corp.
Product: Gold Bump, Solder Bump, Chip On Film, Chip On Glass, Tape Carrier Packaging, Logic IC
Basic Salary: NT$ 27,470
Work Location: Taiwan
DMW Accreditation No: 10066291
Qualifications needed:
- Education: College Graduate or 2 yrs. Vocational Graduate (Any Course), College Level (at least 2 yrs.) is a plus.
- Work-shift, flexible and a fast learner is an advantage
- With work experience in Electronics & Semiconductor Factory is an edge
Documentary Requirements:
- Updated Resume
- Valid Passport
- UMID ID or UMID Certificate
- National ID (if UMID is not available)
- Voters Certificate (Issued 2023 or 2024)
- Diploma or TOR
- PSA Birth Certificate.
