- With Specialty Coffee Shop Experience
PASTRY CHEF
Qualifications needed:
- 5-7 Years of technical experience in working as pastry chef and sweets
- Deep knowledge of food production and processing through a food safety standard
- Good knowledge with Excel and pivot table to monitor products performance.
- Understanding of kitchen and processing equipment’s
- Keeping up with trends, customer insights and competitive cafes
AREA MANAGER
Qualifications needed: Can supervise 3-5 Branches with Experience in PNL.
