Qualifications
- Applicants must have at least 2 years work experience in working with both sound and lighting systems in large venues on a variety of entertainment programs (ex. concert, theatre, etc.)
- Must have a Passport valid for at least 18 months from the date of application
- Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago
- No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.)
- Applicant must be fully vaccinated.

- Performance Appraisal (If available)
- Training Certificate
- PhilHealth MDR
- SSS (IC, E1 or E4)
- HDMF MDF
