Sommelier

Bartender – Japanese Speaking

Resort Deck Attendant

SOMMELIER

Qualifications

  • With at least  2 years shipboard shipboard experience as Sommelier
  • Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago
  • No Visible Body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape, etc)
  • Must have working knowledge in wine, beverage products/service and cocktail presentation and preparation
  • Must have a valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
  • Can converse well in Nihongo;

BARTENDER – Japanese Speaking

Qualifications

  • With at least  2 years work experience as Bartender in Bars, High-end Clubs, Cruise ships, Hotels, Integrated Resorts or Standalone Fine Dining Restaurants;
  • Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago
  • Can converse well in Nihongo;
  • No Visible Body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape, etc)

BAR STEWARD – Japanese Speaking 

Qualifications

  • year work experience as Bar Steward, Bar Utility or Bar Waiter in Bars, High-end Clubs, Cruise ships, Hotels, Integrated Resorts or Standalone Fine Dining Restaurants;
  • Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago
  • Must have working knowledge in wine, beverage products/service and cocktail presentation and preparation techniques;
  • Can converse well in Nihongo
  • No Visible Body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape, etc)

Documentary Requirements:

  • Passport
  • Seaman’s Book (If available)
  • Certificate of Employment.
  • Sea Service Record  ( for candidate’s with shipboard experience)
  • Performance Appraisal  ( for candidate’s with shipboard experience)
  • PhilHealth MDR
  • SSS (IC E1 or E4)
  • HDMF MDF
  • NBI Clearance
