Job Description:

  • Supervise and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize QuickBooks or Peachtree software systems proficiently for financial management and reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate financial activities within a multi-faceted company, addressing various financial needs and challenges.
  • Perform multi-tasking effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications needed:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in overseeing every aspect of a company’s financial reporting process
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or Peachtree software systems
  • Experience working within a multi-faceted company
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements:

  • Valid Passport
  • COE Diploma
