ORBITAL WELDERS
Qualifications needed:
- Welding trade and qualification required
- Must have reasonable proficiency in the English Language
- Must have 2+ years post-qualification experience as a coded TIG welder
- Must be capable of reading and understanding piping isometrics
- Orbital welding experience is advantageous
- Should have experience in stringent QA/QC procedures in relation to fabrication, installation, material traceability, & weld logs
- Experience in hygienic process piping in the Pharmaceutical, Foods & Beverage or Semi-Conductor industries is advantageous.
MECHANICAL PIPEFITTERS
Qualifications needed:
- Pipe fitting trade qualification required
- Must have reasonable proficiency in the English Language
- Must have 2+ years post-qualification experience as pipefitter
- Must be to read and understand isometrics drawings and fabricate spools accuracy in the line with same.
- Must be willing to learn to measure, cut, prep and tack hygienic tube in line with industry standard cleanliness protocols and company standard work instruction
- Must have experience in Stringent QA/QC procedures in relations to installation, materials traceability, slope recording and welds logs
- Experience in interpreting slope requirements and installing sloped hygienic pipework is an advantage
- Experience in hygienic process piping in the Pharmaceutical, Foods & Beverage or Semi-Conductor industries is advantageous.
