MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR  (PLASTIC)

Job Description

He will oversee and operates the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.

Qualifications needed:

  • He will be responsible for the new model setup,  internal equipment calibration control, Troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, preventative maintenance processes; which include documentation, calibration records, maintaining spare parts inventory  and equipment setup for manufacturing to ensure product specifications are met.
  • With Ability to  set up and operate automated SMT equipment including placement machine, printer, Oven and Perform off-line review from Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) & troubleshoot

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Description

He will oversee all aspect  and responsible for all aspects of the injection mold processes including; changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.

Qualifications needed:

  • He will be responsible for the initial start-up and processing of all molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment and Participate in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred, and modified molds.
  • With Ability to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary. Work with tooling and maintenance personnel as required.
  • Will Work with engineering, plant personnel, customers, and vendors in all areas of technical processing.
  • With Thorough knowledge of commodity and engineering grade resins and their properties and Notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs to equipment as necessary.
  • With the Ability to use and understand Mack Molding’s ISO policies and procedures, Follow all safety rules and regulations and Maintain Mack’s standard of housekeeping in all areas.
  • Can work with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
