Qualifications

Must have related onboard work experience in the same type of vessel;
Preferably with a valid license and on-hand travel documents.

Documentary Requirements:

Passport
Seaman’s Book (If available)
Sea Service Record
Performance Appraisal if available
Training Certificates and COP
PhilHealth MDR
SSS (IC E1 or E4)
HDMF MDF
NBI
